Major Account Representative

Candidates to this position would be responsible for all facets of client customer sales/support and implementation of services for all products marketed by the Sales Department to Hargray's key business accounts throughout our service territory and as assigned. You would continually analyze customer's needs to ensure the growth of Hargray's key account base. Candidates would also be required to maintain and grow monthly recurring revenues of our key account base and build lasting relationships with key account decision makers.DUTIES:
Maintains and grows revenues from key customer base for all products marketed by the Sales Department for the assigned market accounts.
Meets or exceeds the budgeted sales objective for all products on a consistent basis.
Assesses customer needs and then sells products that meet those needs.
Demonstrates a superior working knowledge of all products.
Demonstrates a superior working knowledge of data applications and networks.
Uses personal visits as a primary tool to develop sales leads in order to achieve the budgeted sales objective and to stay in touch with customer base.
Uses telephone and or personal visit as a follow-up method to develop leads and secure appointments in order to achieve the budgeted sales objective.
Produces accurate, thorough, and detailed documents related to the sale, implementation, and service of all products.
Coordinates sales activities for all assigned key accounts.
Coordinates new product introductions, working with other groups within Hargray when needed to meet customer needs.
Attends after hours functions as needed to further relationships with clients
Contact each key account, on a regular and frequent basis, to stay on top of client needs troubles and sales opportunities.
Generates reports to manager in a timely manner
Maintains an accurate and thorough record of sales activities, including point of contact, last date visited, active proposals and when follow up will occur.
Makes presentations and demonstrates products customers. Provides training, as required, on the use of products sold.
Makes follow-up calls after the sale to ascertain customer satisfaction and to answer questions or concerns.
Makes routine, regularly scheduled contacts with the key business customer base to build customer loyalty, increase product penetration, reduce churn and increase monthly recurring revenue.
Works with sales support to analyze, research, resolve, and follow up on customer complains regarding billing, credits and services in an expedient and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years field sales experience.
- Must possess excellent communications and organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of data applications and data networks.
- Must be able to travel a field sales territory.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with history of safe driving record.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS HELPFUL:
- Direct telecommunications key system experience.
- Able to make effective and convincing sales presentations to a variety of audiences.

Oracle Developer

Candidates in this position would be responsible for the design, development and support of Oracle applications pertaining to the Hargray Enterprise System (HES). This includes application software design and development, platform design, network configurations, and applicable switch interfaces.Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2+ years of related working experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently on projects of moderate to broad scope.
- Knowledge of programming tools, methods, platforms, and operating systems. Ability to productively apply programming tools to solve business challenges and problems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database and SQL. Minimum of 2 years experience with Oracle Developer Suite, preferably 10g. Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher 10g is a plus.
Additional Qualifications Helpful:
- Knowledge of database-driven Web applications, understanding of web site design, user interface design principles, and usability testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux, Apache, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ruby on Rails (Ruby framework) is a plus.

Systems Support Analyst

In this position candidates would provide accurate and efficient technical support, installation, implementation, maintenance, and training service to users. Also would provide prompt and efficient user assistance and problem resolution using accurate and clear communications and applying knowledge of computer software, hardware and application software.QUALIFICATIONS:

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Analyst

Accountant

Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Must have knowledge of basic electronics theory/practice.

- Nortel DMS 100/200 switching translations experience
required, as well as familiarity with various test
equipemnt.
