Q. How do I apply for a job with Hargray Communications?
A. Hargray Communications is unable to accept resumes to be placed on file. We post all jobs at www.hargray.com – Job Opportunities. We ask that you visit that site regularly and apply for specific positions. You will need to apply for every position in which you have an interest and that you feel your qualifications are a match.
Every resume will be given full consideration and reviewed against the posted qualifications needed to fill the selected position. If your qualifications match, the Human Resources Manager will contact you.
Q. Will I receive a personal contact from Hargray Communications when I apply for a position?
A. We would like to contact everyone that applies to Hargray; however we are unable to do so due to the sheer number of resumes that are received.
Q. How do I submit my resume for consideration?

Q. What is the process once I am interviewed?
A. Once the interview process is completed, a job offer would be made by the Human Resources Manager and would be contingent upon the candidate passing an employment physical and drug screen. Once that is completed, a start date would be determined.
Q. Does Hargray Communications promote from within?
A. Absolutely. All jobs are posted internally for five (5) days during which time regular full-time employees may bid to those positions. If an internal candidate is not identified, then the job would be posted to the Hargray web page for perusal by outside candidates.
